The STR Toolkit was created to help short-term rental hosts launch and operate successful listings without having to reinvent everything from scratch.
We’ve been hosting our own short-term rentals for over 7 years, refining the systems, processes, and guest experience strategies that lead to strong reviews and consistent revenue. Over time, we realized that many hosts struggle with the same challenges—figuring out what supplies to buy, how to set up systems, how to manage guests, and how to create a great stay.
In about one year alone, we’ve helped launch 9 short-term rental units using the same tools, templates, and processes included in this toolkit.
